In short, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If your product doesn’t fit or there are any issues, please contact us and we’ll organise a return for you.

Please note, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Within Australia

We ship mainly with Australia Post for reliable tracking and delivery. In some cases, your parcel may be collected by a partner courier from our warehouse and then handed off to Australia Post for final delivery. Your tracking link will always show the latest carrier updates.

International (outside Australia)

We generally ship international orders via Australia Post / EMS. If an order is oversized or requires a different service level, we may use an alternative carrier to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but on average most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

SHADE MATE products are designed to be quick and easy to install and remove. Each order includes clear installation instructions, and any mounts or clips required will be included in the package.
